THE cookbook you gotta have! by mamareadssomuch
I detest recipes that call for oodles of ingredients and sound too ‘gourmet’ for this STAHM to whip up on a given weekday evening so when I found this ‘express’ cookbook by a favorite cooking diva, well, it took my breath away! The recipes are divine - all of them!!! The pictures make your mouth water. I wish the cookbook were spiral because it is thick and heavy and difficult to open while cooking but then I guess I need one of those cookbook stands for it! I’ve tried several recipes already in this wonderful new cookbook by Nigella and each has been a keeper. The BUTTERMILK ROASTED CHICKEN is a favorite at our house!!!

It’s a great book! Easy to follow - even more so if you’ve seen the BBC TV series. Four members of my family now have it - which saves the chore of typing out and emailing the best recipes to them!
