I’ve bought this yesterday so I haven’t cooked from it, although, I just made myself a beautiful breakfast parfait.
This book is beautiful and inspiring. Pam Anderson’s approach to weight is realistic and healthy, both emotionally and physically. The recipes look easy and delicious. Pam enjoys her life, her food and her wine. Why deprive ourselves when we can have it all in moderation and with exercise? We just need to take care of ourselves and enjoy.
