Any one of these recipes are tasty and easy to make. None of them require any expensive equipment or exotic ingredients. Great book to add to your library.

I thought ‘Vegetarian Meals for People on the Go’ was very helpful and informative. I’ve tried a few of the meals and they are yummy but not all of them were made in such a timely manner (for me).
Still, a great buy for the vegetarian lifestyle!!!
