Except for the lack of pictures….. by Elaine O’Neill
this is an excellent cookbook. A lot of few ingredient recipes, and lots of recipes that don’t call for exotic ingredients. I hate finding a good recipe and then there’s that one ingredient that I don’t have on hand, or worse yet, one that I have to go to a gourmet store to find. None of that in this book!

Yummy Food! by J. Unangst
This is an excellent cookbook! It even includes kid friendly recipes - pancakes, chicken, cookies, krispy treats, etc. The selection is excellent and we haven’t found a recipe we didn’t like!
