Great, simple recipes. Easy to follow instructions. Takes the mystery out of convection. I did not have any idea how much we would enjoy convection roasted meat, poultry, and fish. The recipes in this book are so good. Except for kosher salt, I have had all the spices on hand. Nothing too exotic. This is the gift I give to my friends who have recently updated to convection and they love it.

I recently purchased a new convection oven. This is a wonderful guide to entering the world of convection cooking. The basics of convection cooking are covered and after reading through and using the recipes, you understand the difference between conventional cooking and convection cooking. It is a comprehensive cookbook and includes all of the major food groupings, from meats to soups to cakes and desserts. Many of the recipes are simple and practical for everyday use. I would highly recommend it to anyone with a convection oven.
