Not Bad by Amanda B.
Some of the recipes in here are pretty good, but all in all wasn’t very impressed. I wish I could have seen a list of recipes in the book before I bought it. There are just several things my family would not eat!

Bought this as a gift for my daughter. She made dinner for us w/ 3 recipes from this book. We loved them so much I ordered the book for myself!!

A must have for the timid cook by A. Jungblut
I bought this book for a christmas gift for my wife. I was a risky move, but she loves it. Having twin 3-year olds makes it tricky in the house to get fast meals created. They truely do take 20 minutes or less to prepare. Not being much of a cook in the kitchen, the recipies are easy and delicious. It has made my wife want to cook for the first time in 18 years! The only donwside is the cost of ingredients. Due to most of the items in the recipies being prepackaged, the cost is a bit more then cooking from scratch. For me it is worth it.
GREAT, SIMPLE & QUICK MEALS by Maggie Caveda
I am a working mom so anything that makes life easier and quick in the kitchen is great. I got this book for Christmas which I had on my wish list and it is Awesome. It has great ideas for simple quick meals. What I also like about the recipes is that you can change them a little by adding or subtracting some of the ingredients and make them your own. I use a lot of prepackage meals and it is great when you can add that special something that makes it taste and feel like homemade. Sandra Lee has great ideas to help out the working mom; I love to watch her show when I have the time. I think this book is great for all who have very little time on their hands.
