Some people say that semi-homemade is “not” real cooking. I call it SMART cooking. This book is wonderful. The pictures are also great. I love it. This is a great gift idea not only for the busy, but anyone who loves to cook.

After reading the reviews here, I was cautious about getting the book. When it arrived, I picked out about 4 recipes and bought the ingrediants. Let me tell you, I have never been so excited about a cookbook!! The recipes turned out great and were very easy to make. It makes enough for my family of 6. Working the night shift makes it hard to fix dinner some times so to be able to put everything in the crockpot before I go to bed and have it ready when I get up is perfect!
